I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough not only for the views but mainly for Kaya, the person in charge of the building has been of an incredible support through our stay, extremely caring and present for his guests making sure we are having an memorable experience while bringing world class service and energy for his guests. Nous avions déjà séjourner dans la résidence car nous apprécions le quartier notamment pour tous les restaurants et bar accessibles à pied. Le parking est également un plus. C’est de loin le meilleur logement que nous avons eu dans cette résidence, une vue incroyable, l’appartement est très grand, le balcon également. Il était très propre, nous le recommandons et reviendrons très prochainement. Merci

We really enjoyed our stay at Noah’s place. The location was excellent, with easy walking access to restaurants, a grocery store, and the beach. Noah was a great host with clear and timely communication throughout our stay. When we needed to extend our reservation by an extra day, he was very helpful and accommodating, including allowing a late checkout, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a great experience, we would happily stay here again.

I absolutely loved staying at Noah’s Place. The room was small, cozy, and perfect for solo travel. I felt safe, welcomed, and well cared for throughout my stay. Noah was very responsive, Kaya the Rasta House Manager is truly the heartbeat of the place with his fresh juice and fruit, and Simon the recommended taxi driver was friendly, reliable, and very fair with his pricing. If you’re sensitive to noise, note that the property is right on Maho Beach, so you will hear planes coming in; however, flights stop around 9–10 PM. I personally wasn’t bothered by the noise at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place with a stunning ocean view. The space was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect walkable location near great restaurants. I usually stay in hotels, but this stay definitely made me reconsider — I would absolutely book here again

Noah was great at communicating and resolving an issue with a missing coffee maker. We had a replacement delivered to our door within 30 minutes. Great place to stay and super close to Maho beach!

Amazing view from the apartment and walkable to a lot of restaurants. A couple of issues were resolved by the host Noah, in a timely and satisfactory manner. Housekeeping staff were very good and friendly. Kaya, the manager was amazing. Very friendly, had some fresh fruit, that he grows himself, for the visitors. Also, maintained his little garden which is great place to relax and have a few cold ones. All in all, an excellent experience at this condo.

My husband and I spent the night here before heading to Anguilla. Location was perfect! super close to the airport/ferry terminal and all the restaurants in Maho. Would definitely stay again in the future 😊

Paradise. I could not ask for better accommodations. The condo was located, in my opinion, in the best possible place to stay in Sint Maarten. Maho Beach 🏖️ is where the airplanes land over. We had direct access to the beach and you could see the planes landing right from the balcony of the room. The view from the balcony was the ocean and the garden with beautiful greenery and palm trees. It sits where the sun can’t get to it most of the day so you can go out on the balcony without burning up. The condo I had was even better than the pictures showed. Mr. Kaya greeted me as soon as I arrived and had me in my condo with everything I need and needed to know in no time. He made everything so easy and is somebody I consider to be a new friend. My internet was spotty and I reached out to Noah and in no time Kaya came with a WIFI booster box and my internet 🛜 was 100%. Noah replies back to me faster than I can put my phone down. I don’t know how he does it but he is just that goo

Noah was very accommodating and responded quickly to all messages. The stay was exactly as pictured, and the location was perfect—close to great food spots and Maho Beach. I’d definitely stay here again!
