Maho Beach House

This place was absolutely perfect! Located in Simpson Bay, right next to the stunning Maho Beach, it was everything we hoped for and more. The apartment is on the top floor with breathtaking views that you truly can’t beat. Exactly what you imagine when you think of a Caribbean island vacation. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, and looks brand new. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay feel super comfortable and relaxing. The location is ideal, with the airport just nearby, and the sights and sounds of planes landing added an exciting touch to the experience. For real, it's a vibe. The host Noah was fantastic. Super responsive and always ready to help with any questions or requests. It really made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Parking was a breeze with onsite spaces, and there’s a supermarket just down the street, so getting supplies was easy. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in St. Maarten. Highly recommend

This was at least our 4th visit with Noah and we continue to stay at his place because he makes it so easy. This stay we were welcomed by the gardener, Kyle who gave us some delicious fresh fruit that we enjoyed with breakfast for 2 days! Noah continues to make beautiful improvements to his properties and we can't wait to see what is new when we return in 6 months! Many thanks to Noah and his team for making his place feel like HOME!

A Truly Amazing Stay! My mom and I had an unforgettable experience staying at this stunning, luxurious home. We had a warm welcome from the very nice and kind gardener. The view was absolutely breathtaking! right in front of the ocean, with sunsets that looked like they belonged on a postcard. Watching boats pass by was such a peaceful and magical touch. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short ride from princess Juliana airport, and within walking distance to everything we needed. Shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The home itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had every comfort we could ask for. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and upscale getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had the most incredible stay at Maho Beach House as a solo traveler! Kaya went above and beyond to make every guest feel special and completely at home. He was always available and willing to help with anything you needed — truly the kind of thing that makes a trip unforgettable. I never once felt uneasy during my stay, and the location couldn’t have been better — perfectly situated within walking distance to everything you could need or want. If I ever return to St. Maarten, there’s absolutely no question: I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here. Highly, highly recommend!

From the moment I booked, I knew I was in good hands — but my expectations were exceeded at every turn. This wasn’t just a stay — it was an experience curated with care, class, and consistency. But what truly set this stay apart was the hospitality. The Superhost and guest service manager were absolute standouts. Every interaction was timely, warm, and solution-focused. Whether it was a last-minute request, local recommendations, or just checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, they were proactive, professional, and genuinely kind. Their attention to detail and pride in creating a five-star guest experience did not go unnoticed. I’ve stayed at dozens of hotels and Airbnb's across the globe, and this team ranks among the best of the best. It felt like having a personal concierge team with the heart of a southern grandma.

Great location near Maho Beach with awesome views of the planes landing. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Perfect spot to enjoy Sint Maarten for a few days. Would stay again.

Before the pandemic, I visited the island eight times within las 14 years and stayed in different places around Maho—but these apartments are by far the best! Amazing value for the price.

My mom and I really enjoyed Noah’s Air BnB. The place was huge- much bigger than we expected. It was super clean and a GREAT location- within STEPS to the beach where the planes fly into and out of SXM airport (the viral videos you see online!!!) so that was super cool. Noah was super fast at responding and Kaiya was SO helpful with getting us checked in and cozy with our stay. He even brought us some yummy fruit from their garden! Sooo sweet. Also there was a super yummy restaurant next door- we recommend the Island Tacos and the Jerk Chicken Tacos, just be careful because the jerk chicken is pulled and may have some tiny bones. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Noah’s place was perfect! It is located in a prime area, making it accessible to a lot of popular places. It is located right on Maho beach, & I was able to see the planes as they land at the airport. I felt safe everywhere I went, the locals are friendly & kind. Upon entry we were given star fruits & mangos “Kaya in the garden” they were delicious! Thank you for your hospitality Noah, I will definitely stay here again the next time I go to St Maarten.
