Loved it would stay again I like you can walk to the beach supermarket restaurants close to all the clubs next time I come I want to come during the high season a lot of stufff was closed I wanted to go to

We got a fortunate last minute booking here after an unexpected airport closure. Ideal location with the airport, beach, and restaurants right at hand! The property was clean with a great view. Great value too, we would definitely book here again.

Kaya the host was amazing and assisted with anything that was needed. As soon as I arrived he had fresh fruit waiting in the garden for me. The hospitality was amazing! It’s one thing to have a great place at a great location, but to also have Kaya was a special touch.. I felt safe, at home, and I was traveling alone so these things are very important to me. Thank you!

As always, my stay at Maho Beach House was wonderful. The location is incredibly convenient, and the staff is consistently warm and professional. A special thank you to Noah and his team — they went above and beyond to help me in a pinch after I couldn’t get on my flight due to weather. Their support made all the difference. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

This is my second time visting St Maarten and stay in the same great location. Noahs place is the amazing. Right on the beach, easy parking, great Restaurants , safe, view of airplanes landing and right next to the Morgan hotel. PHOTOS are 100% accurate. Place was clean and with awesome view of the beach from the balcony. There is a private beach right downstairs and everything was easy to find and great communication from Noah. Thanks again for the another great trip to SXM which felt like home... 10/10

We were in St. Maarten when tropical storm (aka hurricane) Erin came by, resulting in our departure flight being canceled 🤦‍♀️ we were able to quickly secure Noah’s condo - very near to where we had been. It was really nice and fit our needs perfectly. We didn’t get to spend much time there, but loved every minute. The property manager (Kaya) is amazing! So helpful and engaging! We will stay here the next time we come to this island!!

Okay y’all! This air bnb was actually one of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed in. I went for my 30th birthday with my 3 other girlfriends and we were in love! The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. Noah has a beautiful place over looking the beach and literally right next to a bar/restaurant. Everything Noah said in the description and the way he explained where to look and who to find was easy. We were picked up from the airport by Simon who was holding a happy birthday sign for me. And we also treated to some fresh fruit by Kaya, the gardener, who was also super sweet. The ONLY “con” I would say is that the body wash bottle in the shower was filled with water, but even that wasn’t a big deal because we brought our own soap anyways. Noah, from the bottom of my heart thank you for such an amazing experience for my 30th birthday. I almost don’t wanna say too much so I can keep this place to myself! Haha.. I’ll definitely be back soon :)

Noah was a very great host, answered to all my needs and questions immediately! Bnb looked just like the photos and super clean. Area and activities were walkable from the place we stayed. Loved the check in experience, easy and straight to the point.

I can’t say enough about my stay. The ambiance is BREATHTAKING!!!! The views were everything. When I say peaceful, private, and relaxing, Noah’s place is giving it!!! The famous Maho Beach is right next to the property like 5 mins or less walk. Noah and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Noah and Kaya, were very accommodating. Anything, I needed Noah was at arm reach. I was on a solo birthday trip and I felt safe. I will definitely stay again.
