We love this location and have stayed here before but not at this unit. …which was great. Lots of room, full kitchen & amenities, large bathroom with washing machine and full balcony with dining seating and lounging couch and chair for the best view of plane spotting on the island! Convenient walking distance to Maho Market for incidentals, great eats at local Morgan Resort for upscale and Sandbar and Tortuga for more laid back. The Deli on the strip has awesome breakfast and the sweet spot right downstairs has delicious treats as well as espresso/cappuccino. If you rent a car parking is right there for $5 a day, just be careful what time your flight arrives for rental pickup as traffic around 5pm can be heavy-wait till next day! Make Pinel Island a must during your visit.

I stayed in Noah’s place for 4 days, and honestly I like it. It was an easy check in & it was peaceful and had a beautiful view. Everything that showed in the pics matched in person I LIKE IT !! Thank you Noah for allowing me to stay in your place.

Our stay at Maho Beach House was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with breathtaking ocean views — front-row seats for airplane landings by day and unforgettable sunsets in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus for preparing breakfast or quick meals when we wanted a quiet day in. The bedroom was comfortable and nicely sized, and even the extra mattress provided for our child was very cozy. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Maho Beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, nightlife, and easy access to taxis or buses for exploring the island. A special mention goes to Kaya, who greeted us warmly with fresh fruit from the garden and shared great local tips. His island tour was one of the highlights of our trip — a perfect way to see the real St. Maarten through a local’s eyes. We would definitely stay here again! 🌴✨

Noah's place is a gem in paradise! From the first point of communication, our host was understanding, flexible and helpful. The entire place was beautifully decorated and had a zen ambiance. The scenic view of the ocean, beautiful garden and friendly guest services manager Kaya made our experience perfect. My boyfriend and I appreciated all the amenities in the condo as well as accessiblity to Maho beach and the other comercial areas for shopping and sightseeing. We would definitely return!

Great accommodation in a great location. Really clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive when I asked to extend my stay due to my flight being cancelled. I have no problem recommending this accommodation

Loved it would stay again I like you can walk to the beach supermarket restaurants close to all the clubs next time I come I want to come during the high season a lot of stufff was closed I wanted to go to

We got a fortunate last minute booking here after an unexpected airport closure. Ideal location with the airport, beach, and restaurants right at hand! The property was clean with a great view. Great value too, we would definitely book here again.
