Stair Access: Our condo is located on the fourth floor and accessible by elevator; however, in case of maintenance, guests may need to use three flights of stairs. Flexible Check-in/Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability, for $35 each. Parking Options: On-site parking is available for $5 per day, with free street parking nearby as a convenient alternative.

Great location near Maho Beach with awesome views of the planes landing. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Perfect spot to enjoy Sint Maarten for a few days. Would stay again.
